Rates 2008

Rates
All prices are based on a lease term of at least one (1) week with a maximum of six (6) persons residing at the house. This lease includes Satellite/Cable TV, internet, cleaning-services, water, gas and electricity. The rent amount is $ 2450 per week. All rates are quoted in USD ($). Rates are subject to change without notice.

If you are looking to lease for longer than a week, please let us know since we have special discounted prices for longer stays. Providing availability, there are possibilities to book extra days during your stay for $ 300 per day. We also provide possibilities for monthly and yearly leases. When making a ‘Last Minute Reservation’, payment in full is required in order to finalize the booking.


Payment Policy.
After you made your reservation, a pre-payment is due within 14 days. This prepayment consists of 25% of the total amount plus a $ 445 deposit, and is to be wired to the Bank Account provided. The reservation will be approved at the moment we receive the prepayment (25% of the total amount), the deposit ($ 445), and your Reservation Form by either fax or email. We will then confirm your reservation within 48 hours by fax or email. The remaining balance is due one (1) month prior to arrival, to be wired to the Bank Account provided. When we receive the keys after your stay and concluded that the property was left in good condition, we will immediately refund the deposit of $ 445 to your Bank Account. Any changes of the reservation or tenancy agreement have to be approved by Aruba Vision.


Cancellations Policy
For cancellations up to 14 days prior to arrival; no refund will be extended. For cancellations made 14-60 days prior to arrival; a 50% refund will be extended. For cancellations made over 60 days prior to arrival; a full refund will be extended but you will be charged a $ 50 Administration Fee.

No Smoking Policy

Smoking is not allowed inside the house; therefore the house is installed with smoke detectors. By smoking in the house you will be held responsible to pay a fee of $ 300 in order to have a cleaning team remove the smoke residue from all surfaces of the house, including walls, ceilings and furniture. Pets are not allowed in the house either.
